1. FreeStyle LibreLink is a mobile application. Use of FreeStyle LibreLink requires registration with LibreView, a service provided by Abbott and Newyu, Inc. Data charges may apply when downloading the FreeStyle LibreLink or LibreLinkUp apps. FreeStyle Libre readers and sensors are provided by Abbott.

2. The FreeStyle LibreLink app is designed to work with NFC-enabled Android phones running Android OS 4.0 and higher and with iPhone7 and higher running iOS11 and higher. LibreLinkUp is compatible with mobile phones running Android OS 4.4 or higher.

3. LibreView is developed and distributed by Newyu, Inc.
