This is fully configured version of PCSX2 0.9.6 (thanks to Saad Anjum) to play most games very well. It has Three versions of BIOS i.e. Japan, Europe, US. still none of the settings are locked and you can change them according to your choice.

Instructions:
- Download the file.
- Extract the file using 7zip (download here) [NOTE: extracting the file using any other software may or may not extract the files correctly]
- Run PCSX2.
- select BIOS folder from the configuration box i.e. the bios folder in the extracted pcsx2 folder.
- Play a game and Enjoy.
